William E. Siwek President & CEO, Director

William (Bill) Siwek has served as President since May 2019 and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and was elected to the Board of Directors in May 2020. Bill started with TPI as our Chief Financial Officer in 2013. From September 2012 to September 2013, Bill served as the Chief Financial Officer for T.W. Lewis Company, an Arizona-based real estate investment company.  From May 2010 until September 2012, he was an independent consultant assisting companies in the real estate, construction, insurance and renewable energy industries. Bill served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Talisker Mountain, Inc., from January 2009 to April 2010 and he was President and Chief Financial Officer of the Lyle Anderson Company from December 2002 to December 2008. Bill spent 18 years, from September 1984 to May 2002, with Arthur Andersen where he became a Partner in both Audit and Business Consulting Divisions. Bill holds B.S. degrees in Accounting and Economics from University of Redlands. He is a certified public accountant.

Theo Gibson Chief Information Officer

Theo Gibson joined TPI in September of 2019 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Gibson spent 20 years with Honeywell. Most recently, Mr. Gibson was the Vice President of Information Technology and CIO Enterprise Applications for Corporate. Prior to this Mr. Gibson spent three years as the Vice President of IT and CIO Process Solutions. Mr. Gibson also spent two years on an expat assignment in Switzerland where he led IT for Build and EMEAI for the Aerospace Division. Prior to that, Mr. Gibson held various leadership roles in IT for multiple divisions in various locations from 1999 - 2012. Prior to Honeywell, Mr. Gibson also spent time working for Coca Cola and AMP Inc. Mr. Gibson has his Master of Science (MBA) in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his BS in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.

Ramesh Gopalakrishnan Chief Operating Officer, Wind

Ramesh Gopalakrishnan has served as our Chief Operating Officer, Wind since May 2019. He previously served as our Senior Vice President, Technology, Quality and LATAM operations and prior to that as Senior Vice President of Technology and Industrialization since 2016. Mr. Gopalakrishnan has over 25 years of operations, manufacturing, supply chain, strategy and technology experience in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Previously, Mr. Gopalakrishnan was the Executive Vice President, Manufacturing for Senvion, based in Hamburg, Germany. Prior to this, he spent three years as COO of Suzlon Energy Composites in Pune, India, and 5 years with Halliburton Corp. in Houston, Texas in various supply chain and strategy leadership roles. Early in his career, Ramesh spent ten years with GE where he started as a mechanical engineer and quickly worked his way into leadership positions in product development, advanced technology programs, globalization and project management. Mr. Gopalakrishnan is a GE certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He received a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and his Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Adan Gossar Chief Accounting Officer

Adan Gossar joined us as our Chief Accounting Officer in July 2020. Mr. Gossar has 20+ years of progressive global experience driving growth for companies through acquisitions, accounting, operating and international experience within public, private and multinational organizations. Prior to joining TPI Mr. Gossar was the Chief Accounting Officer for Reef Technology. Prior to his time at Reef, Mr. Gossar held the position of Corporate Controller at both Veritiv (Fortune 500®) and Allconnect Inc. Mr. Gossar also worked at AGCO (Fortune 500®), Witness Systems, PRG-Schultz, and PricewaterhouseCoopers as an external auditor. Mr. Gossar has his MBA from Georgia College & State University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified in Financial Management and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

James Hilderhoff Chief Commercial Officer

James (Jim) Hilderhoff joined us as our Chief Commercial Officer in August 2020. Prior to joining TPI, Jim spent 31 years with the General Electric Company. Most of Jim’s tenure was with GE’s Transportation division, where he spent 28 years. He started his career in sales and account management, then spent 15 years in a variety of leadership roles in GE Transportation’s service business, helping grow is portfolio to over 10,000 assets and $1.5 billion in revenues. In 2016 Jim was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer for GE Transportation, representing the company worldwide for its portfolio of locomotive equipment, service, parts and digital/software segments. In 2019, as GE Transportation merged with the Wabtec Corporation, Jim took on the responsibility for Wabtec’s commercial operations in North America, with sales of over $4 billion. Jim holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Penn State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bryan Schumaker Chief Financial Officer

Bryan Schumaker joined us as our Chief Financial Officer in May 2019. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Schumaker spent 11 years with First Solar. Mr. Schumaker joined First Solar in 2008 as the Assistant Corporate Controller, was appointed as the Vice President, Corporate Controller in 2011 and became the Chief Accounting Officer in 2015. From 2016 to 2018 Mr. Schumaker also served as the Chief Financial Officer for 8point3 Energy Partners. Prior to First Solar, Mr. Schumaker spent five years with Swift Transportation where he held multiple positions including VP Corporate Controller. Prior to that, Mr. Schumaker also worked for KPMG as a Supervising Senior for the Assurance Practice and spent time with a BDO Alliance firm as a Senior Audit Associate. Mr. Schumaker sits on the Board of the Arizona Manufacturing Extension Partnership and has his Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, from the University of New Mexico.

Steven Fishbach General Counsel

Steve Fishbach has served as our General Counsel since January 2015. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Fishbach served as SVP, Deputy General Counsel of Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCA) since 2009 and in various senior roles in the legal department of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc./eFunds Corporation (NYSE: FIS) from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Fishbach practiced corporate and securities law at Squire Sanders (now Squire Patton Boggs) and other law firms in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Fishbach holds a B.A. degree in American Studies from Georgetown University and a juris doctor degree from William & Mary Law School.

Thomas Adams Senior Vice President – Wind

Thomas (Tom) Adams joined TPI in February of 2018 as Vice President, Global Program Management and in February 2020 was promoted to Senior Vice President, Wind. Tom’s responsibilities include TPI’s commercial team managing the company’s customer relationships across its portfolio of wind blade supply agreements. Tom has over 25 years of business development, commercial management, and operations experience in the energy sector. Prior to TPI, he served as Vice President, Power Business Development for ABS Group, an international consultancy and certification firm and led the teams responsible for certifying offshore wind farms in Europe and the first offshore wind farm in the US. Prior to this, he led business development and commercial operations for 9 years at Wood Group’s power plant engineering, construction, and maintenance businesses, and its global power services joint venture with Siemens, EthosEnergy. Earlier in his career, Tom worked in operations and commercial roles in the energy services sector for both private equity backed start-ups and international energy firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Thomas J. Castle Senior Vice President – Operations, Strategic Markets

Thomas (T.J.) Castle has recently taken on the role of Senior Vice President – Operations, Strategic Markets. Mr. Castle previously served as our Senior Vice President of North America Operations and Global Operational Excellence since November of 2015. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Castle was the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell Aerospace, managing 15 manufacturing sites building Electronic Components for Commercial and Military Applications. Prior to that, he was the Global Vice President of the Honeywell Operating System for Aerospace. Over his career with Honeywell and General Electric, Mr. Castle has held various positions in Operations, Manufacturing, Repair, Materials and Quality in both the U.S and South East Asia. He has a B.S. degree in Aeronautics from St. Louis University, and is a Six Sigma certified Black Belt.

Deane Ilukowicz Senior Vice President – Global Human Resources

Deane Ilukowicz has recently taken on the role of Senior Vice President – Global Human Resources. Ms. Ilukowicz previously served as our Vice President of Global Human Resources since 2016. Prior to joining TPI, Ms. Ilukowicz was the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at TransUnion, Chief Human Resources Officer for Hypertherm, and held senior level roles at other financial services and manufacturing companies. Ms. Ilukowicz has a MBA from Wake Forest University and her bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University. She also served as a Trustee for the Community College System of New Hampshire and provides free HR Consulting to nonprofit organizations.

Joseph Kerkhove Senior Vice President – Strategic Markets

Joseph Kerkhove joined TPI in October of 2017 as its Senior Vice President – Strategic Markets. Mr. Kerkhove brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to TPI, including leadership positions in Aerospace, Defense and Automotive markets. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Kerkhove served in the role of Commercial Vice-President with Arconic (ALCOA) Forgings and Extrusions business group, where he oversaw its sales, business development, marketing and customer service activities. Prior to that, Mr. Kerkhove served as Vice-President & General Manager ALCOA Engineered Structures, a value-add manufacturer of metallic components serving the Aerospace and Defense markets. Mr. Kerkhove has held various leadership positions with ALCOA over his 22 years of employment, as well as leading business development activities at key strategic aerospace accounts of ALCOA. He holds a BS in Industrial Management/Manufacturing Management from Purdue University.

Lance Marram Senior Vice President – Global Service

Lance Marram joined us as our Senior Vice President – Global Service in October 2019. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Marram was the Managing Director for Senvion North America. Prior to Senvion, Mr. Marram managed his own advisory company, E2M International. Prior to that, Mr. Marram also spent 3 years as Vice President Business Development at Vestas while living in Spain and also spent seven years working for Gamesa. While at Gamesa, he started Gamesa's wind business in North America, as well as in the UK and Ireland, after which he was promoted to Executive Vice President responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Operations for North America. Mr. Marram has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Law from the University of California Santa Barbara, and a MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

Adrian Oprescu Senior Vice President – Technology & Projects

Adrian Oprescu joined TPI in May of 2019 as Vice President of Technology & Projects and in February 2020 was promoted to Senior Vice President, Technology & Projects. Adrian has over 20 years of broad based global technology, project management and operations experience. Most recently, he was the VP of Engineering and Supply Chain for FrontierWind where he executed the technology roadmap, facilitated technology transfers and directed project management activities. Prior to that, he was the Vice President for Strategic Projects and Engineering for Vestas Blades, based in LEM, Denmark where he oversaw the NPI Tech transfer, CAPEX allocation and established the Project Management Office for execution. Before joining Vestas, he was Director of Midwest Engineering Operations for Quest where he executed engineering design projects for key customers like GE and Caterpillar. Early in his career he had several engineering leadership roles in aerospace and automotive industries. Adrian has a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Transilvania University and an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology.

Patrick D. Weir Senior Vice President - China

Patrick (Paddy) Weir joined TPI in July of 2017 as our Vice President of China Operations and in January 2019 was promoted to Senior Vice President, China. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Weir was the Director of Taylor Weir Limited, a business performance and leadership consultancy business. He focused on working with clients in different parts of the wind industry supply chain who were planning to execute on high growth plans or new product introduction. Mr. Weir also spent seven years with Vestas as the Vice President and Managing Director of their UK Blade operations. The UK operation manufactured and exported globally. Prior to Vestas, Mr. Weir spent more than 10 years working for Xerox corporation in their European Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations. Mr. Weir has a BA in business studies and a post-graduate degree in management studies.

Paulo Silva Senior Vice President of Mexico Operations

Paulo Silva joined TPI in July of 2020 as Senior Vice President of Mexico Operations. Prior to joining TPI, Paulo was Senior Vice President of Global Blades for Senvion where he was responsible for the wind blade operations strategy and execution. During his eleven years at Senvion, he successfully led several wind blade factory expansions, start-ups and transitions globally. Paulo has over 27 years of operations, manufacturing, supply chain and quality experience. Prior to joining Senvion, Paulo spent twelve years with Faurecia Automotive where he had several leadership roles in quality, production, planning and eventually Plant Management. Earlier in his career he spent four years as a Quality Engineer with Ford Motor Company. In addition to English, Paulo is fluent in Portuguese, French and Spanish. He received his degree in Electronics/Communications Engineering from the Portuguese Merchant Navy Institute in Paço d’Arcos, Portugal.
