As of December 31, 2020, the reporting persons collectively beneficially owned less than 5% of the class of Common Stock.

Additionally, Paul Giovacchini, a Member at Landmark Growth Capital Partners, LLC, holds 10,017 shares of common stock and options to acquire 18,000 shares of common stock (of which 18,000 shares are exercisable within 60 days of December 31, 2020), which shares and options were granted to Mr. Giovacchini for service as a director of the Issuer. Pursuant to an investment advisory agreement with Landmark Growth Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Giovacchini is obligated to assign these shares of common stock and stock options held directly by him (or the proceeds from the sale thereof) to Landmark Growth Capital Partners, LLC.
